Job Purpose:

The Transaction Manager supports and manages transactions within the bank’s real estate portfolio in a designated market jurisdiction. Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders within the Real Estate Services (RES) function, you will assist with the end-to-end property lifecycle, including preparing recommendations, managing acquisitions, and disposing of real estate assets. You will ensure critical date management and transaction activities are executed efficiently.

What you will be doing:

Client Focus & Relationship Management:

• Understand client needs and priorities.
• Develop knowledge of the client’s portfolio and market trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders (clients, brokers, colleagues).
• Communicate clearly and adapt to changing environments.

Transaction Management:

• Support portfolio-wide transaction strategies.
• Assist in managing commercial real estate transactions:
• • Lease negotiations and amendments.
  • Acquisition of new properties.
  • Disposal of surplus properties.
  • Lease renewals.
• Ensure timely project initiation and adherence to priorities and milestones.

Operational Excellence:

• Monitor lease expirations and obligations.
• Review and abstract property documentation.
• Track transaction activities and maintain accurate records.
• Support process optimization for efficiency.

Financial Analysis:

• Assist in reviewing and interpreting financial templates.
• Provide input for budgeting and strategy.

Collaboration & Execution:

• Work closely with data management, project management, facility management, and finance teams for integrated delivery.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate transactions or operations.
• Strong commercial awareness and market knowledge.
• Basic to intermediate financial analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in Arabic / English).
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive and collaborative mindset.
