Transaction Services Analyst

Role Overview
We are seeking a driven and analytical Transaction Services Analyst to join our team in Al Khor. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting mergers & acquisitions, due diligence, and financial analysis projects. You will work closely with senior professionals to evaluate business performance, identify risks, and provide actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial due diligence and analyze company financial statements
  • Support M&A transactions, including valuations, modeling, and deal structuring
  • Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and client deliverables
  • Identify key financial and operational risks and provide recommendations
  • Perform market and industry research to support transaction strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on transaction execution
  • Assist in building financial models and forecasting scenarios

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in transaction advisory, audit, corporate finance, or investment analysis
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Knowledge of M&A processes and due diligence practices
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
