Transactional Attorney

Our firm is a boutique practice specializing in corporate and real estate transactions. We advise sophisticated clients on business structuring, acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and other real estate and corporate matters. Our team is composed of experienced transactional attorneys who provide practical, business-focused legal solutions.

Job Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate and real estate contracts and agreements
• Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and corporate governance matters
• Manage transactions from inception to closing
• Collaborate with internal teams, co-counsel, and clients to ensure smooth execution of deals
• Provide practical, solution-oriented advice to clients on transactional matters
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Texas law license
• 3-5 years of corporate and/or real estate transactional experience
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Excellent client management and communication abilities
• Preferred (not required): Portable client relationships
