Associate Attorney Job Description

Small firm looking to find a great full-time attorney to assist with ongoing, high volume, quick turn transactional legal work. Approximately 40 hours per week, fully remote, but must be flexible to handle occasional work evenings and weekends.

Must be a licensed attorney in a US State, but jurisdiction is flexible. Experience with commercial non-disclosure agreements (preferably in real estate / private equity) required; real estate, general contract drafting and prior experience in a law firm environment a plus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial non-disclosure agreements with a focus on real estate NDAs
• Quick turn (immediate - 24 hours max) ability essential with the ability to occasionally process agreements evenings and weekends
• Assisting firm with other transactional matters as necessary with a focus on real estate, corporate, and general transactional work
