About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Lahore team. This role supports our UAE-based operations and clients across the GCC, ensuring compliance with local and international transfer pricing regulations. The ideal candidate is someone who values precision, follows structured methodologies, and is committed to delivering high-quality work in line with global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review Transfer Pricing documentation, including Master File, Local File, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) support.
• Conduct functional, economic, and benchmarking analyses using global databases.
• Assist in preparing transfer pricing policies, intercompany agreements, and advisory reports.
• Support clients in meeting OECD guidelines, UAE CT law requirements, and Pakistan TP regulations.
• Coordinate with the UAE office on cross-border transactions and compliance needs.
• Manage transfer pricing risk assessments and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Stay updated with evolving TP legislation in UAE, GCC, and Pakistan.
• Assist in responding to tax authorities during audits and assessments.
• Prepare presentations, summaries, and compliance trackers for internal and client use.
• Collaborate with audit and tax teams for smooth integration of TP deliverables.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Professional qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, ICAP, CFA) will be an added advantage.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in Transfer Pricing, Tax Advisory, or Economic Analysis.
• Strong understanding of OECD TP Guidelines, UAE corporate tax framework, and BEPS actions.
• Experience with benchmarking databases such as TP Catalyst, Capital IQ, Amadeus, etc.
• Excellent analytical, report-writing, and research skills.
• Familiarity with intercompany pricing models and cross-border tax concepts.
