Transformation Consultant / Senior Consultant (Contract)

Role Overview

We are supporting a large-scale transformation programme and are looking for a Transformation Consultant / Senior Consultant to join on a contract basis . This is a hands-on delivery role , working closely with senior stakeholders to support the execution of transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of enterprise and functional transformation initiatives
• Translate strategic objectives into practical execution plans and roadmaps
• Support operating model transformation , including roles, governance, and ways of working
• Conduct current-state assessments and support future-state design
• Develop transformation artefacts such as implementation plans, dashboards, and progress reports
• Work closely with business and functional teams to drive change adoption and execution
• Support senior stakeholders with insight-driven analysis and recommendations

Required Experience

• 4-8 years of experience in management consulting or transformation roles
• Strong exposure to business or organizational transformation programmes
• Experience supporting strategy-to-execution initiatives
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-led environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ideal Profile

• Consulting background (Big 4 / Tier-1 / Tier-2 preferred)
• Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset (not strategy-only)
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
• Willingness to be on-site in Saudi Arabia for the duration of the contract
• Open to contract / interim engagement
