The Transport Coordinator is responsible for the execution of delivery bookings, scheduling, documentation, and site-level monitoring of material deliveries. Reporting to the Supervisors, the Coordinator ensures that all Delivery Management System (DMS) transactions are accurate, compliant, and aligned with project logistics requirements. This role serves as the operational backbone of the delivery process, supporting the Supervisors and Project Manager in achieving seamless and efficient material flow.

Responsibilities

• Execute delivery bookings, scheduling, and documentation.
• Monitor site-level material deliveries and ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with project logistics requirements.
• Act as the operational backbone of the delivery process, supporting Supervisors and the Project Manager to achieve seamless and efficient material flow.
• Ensure Delivery Management System (DMS) transactions are accurate and up-to-date.

About You

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced project environments
• KSA Driving License
