Key Responsibilities

• Plan, optimize, and monitor daily vehicle routes, departure timing, and arrival schedules.
• Select the suitable mode/type of transport based on material size, category, and urgency.
• Supervise dispatch operations with proper documentation, safety protocols, and compliance.
• Coordinate closely with warehouse, operations, and procurement teams for timely dispatches.
• Track vehicle movement in real time, ensuring adherence to scheduled routes and timelines.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly transport MIS reports to management.

• Skills:
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Basic understanding of transport/logistics operations
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
• Good analytical skills for route planning and reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
