Transport In-charge

Essential Qualifications

- Education: A bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for logistics, transportation, or a related field.

- Experience: 2-15 years of experience in transport management, with senior roles requiring more experience.

- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Transport Management: Supervise daily bus operations, manage vehicle documentation, and ensure adherence to statutory compliance.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate with transport vendors to resolve vehicle maintenance issues and manage contracts.

- MIS and Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly reports on transport operations, including Operations MIS, R&M MIS, Complaints MIS, and Bus Fleet Documentation.

- Driver Engagement: Conduct meetings and training for drivers.

- Taxi Management: Spot rental taxi booking and management, with monthly MIS and contract compliance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
