Transport Incharge

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Transport In-Charge to oversee and manage all transportation activities across Oil & Gas project sites. The role is responsible for safe, efficient, and cost-effective movement of manpower, materials, and equipment while ensuring full compliance with company policies, client requirements, and HSE standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily transportation and heavy equipment operations
• Manage fleet and heavy equipment deployment, allocation, and route planning
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards, traffic regulations, and client specifications
• Monitor maintenance, servicing, certification, permits, and documentation for vehicles and heavy equipment
• Control fuel consumption, utilization, mileage, and operational costs
• Supervise drivers and operators, ensuring valid licenses, certifications, and safety training
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization of heavy equipment to project sites
• Handle breakdowns, incidents, and emergency transportation/equipment requirements
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly transport and equipment utilization reports

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience as Transport In-Charge in Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction projects
• Strong knowledge of fleet management systems and HSE compliance
• Experience handling both light and heavy vehicles
• Good leadership, coordination, and reporting skills
