Transport Incharge

We are looking for a dedicated Transport Incharge to lead and manage our company’s fleet operations. You will be responsible for the complete management of company vehicles and motorcycles, ensuring they are well-maintained, clean, and operated safely by a supervised team of drivers.

Key Responsibilities (JDs):

• Fleet & Asset Management:
• Oversee the daily operations and deployment of all company cars, vans, and motorcycles.
• Ensure all vehicles are kept in top-notch condition through regular cleanliness and hygiene checks.
• Maintenance & Repair Supervision:
• Schedule and supervise routine maintenance, oil changes, and mechanical repairs to ensure zero downtime.
• Liaise with external workshops and vendors to ensure quality repairs at optimized costs.
• Driver Supervision & Training:
• Manage a team of drivers, including duty rosters, attendance, and route planning.
• Monitor driver performance and conduct regular safety briefings to ensure professional behavior on the road.
• Record Keeping & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate transport records, including fuel logs, maintenance history, and vehicle running sheets.
• Ensure all vehicle documentation (Registration, Insurance, Fitness Certificates) is up-to-date and compliant with traffic laws.
• Fuel & Cost Management:
• Monitor fuel consumption and implement measures to improve fuel efficiency across the fleet.
• Audit and verify bills for fuel, spare parts, and external repair services.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate (Bachelors preferred).
• Experience: 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Fleet Management or Transport Coordination.
• Skills:
• Basic mechanical knowledge of vehicles and motorcycles.
• Strong team leadership and driver management skills.
• Proficiency in maintaining manual and digital transport logs (MS Excel).

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
