Lead/ AM Admin & Procurement

Designation: Lead/AM Admin & Procurement

Job Role:

  • Oversee end-to-end administrative operations, including facility management, office maintenance, utilities, and workplace readiness.
  • Lead the procurement cycle: vendor sourcing, RFQs/RFPs, comparative analysis, negotiations, purchase orders, and timely delivery follow-ups.
  • Manage fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, maintenance, registrations, insurance renewals, and usage monitoring.
  • Handle car leasing processes, including obtaining quotations, vendor evaluations, lease comparisons, contract finalization, and renewals.
  • Administer and monitor fuel cards, ensuring proper allocation, usage tracking, reconciliation, and cost control.
  • Supervise housekeeping and support staff (drivers, office assistants, janitorial staff) to ensure cleanliness, discipline, and smooth operations.
  • Maintain vendor database, ensure documentation/audit compliance, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in admin and procurement processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs125,000.00 per month
