Procurement Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing and purchasing goods/services
• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs)
• Follow up with vendors for timely delivery
• Maintain vendor records and price comparisons
• Handle quotations (RFQs) and basic negotiations
• Coordinate with internal departments for requirements
• Track orders and update procurement status
• Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
• Assist in inventory coordination when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, or relevant field)
• 1+ years of procurement experience(Pharma)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
