Job Description:
We are seeking an Experience Transport Manager @Manpower Supply Company at Sharjah . The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE is required.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring safety, efficient, and timely transportation of Employees .

Key responsibilities:

- Manage bus fleet, drivers, and routes

- Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards

- Monitor schedules, and Employee feedback

- Optimize routes and schedules for efficiency

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs

- Maintain accurate records of work performed

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow
