Transport Officer

Act as a liaison between drivers, warehouse staff, and other relevant departments to ensure effective

communication and collaboration.

 Monitor the progress of shipments and address any issues or delays promptly.

 Generate reports on transportation metrics, including on-time delivery performance and

transportation costs.

 Ensure all transportation-related documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with

relevant regulations.

 Identify and address transportation-related issues in real-time, implementing effective solutions to

minimize disruptions.

 Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot challenges and improve overall transportation

processes.

 Work closely with cross-functional teams, including warehouse, procurement, and customer service,

to streamline processes and enhance overall logistics efficiency.

 Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of

transportation operations.

 Provide feedback and suggestions for improving workflow, technology utilization, and overall logistics

performance.
