Transport & Operations Officer

Core Responsibilities as Transporter

• Plan, organize, and manage transportation operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods or people.
• Oversee fleet management, including vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Develop and implement transportation policies and standard operating procedures.
• Manage transport budget, fuel consumption, and operational expenses.
• Supervise logistics staff, drivers, dispatchers, and support personnel.
• Handle transport documentation, permits, insurance, licenses, and regulatory paperwork.
• Resolve transportation issues, delays, accidents, or operational bottlenecks.
• Ensure safety standards and conduct regular training for drivers.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, mileage, repairs, and compliance checks.

Core Responsibilities as Operations Officer -:

• .Managing the physical loading, unloading, storage and Identification and issues.
• Managing overall sourcing Vendor Management.
• Take care of Purchase & Repair work of school building.
• Maintain Record of all Goods and MIS preparation.
• He has to take care of Vendor Relationships , Budgeting and Strategic Planning.

General Responsibilities

• Controlling costs through continuous improvement initiatives to identify and eliminate waste
• Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Candidate’s Profile-:

- Graduate Male Married

- Ex-serviceman can also considered.

- Must have Good personality and communication skills (Hindi / English / Punjab).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
