Transport Supervisor

• We are seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in managing bus, cab and lorry operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily transport activities, supervise drivers, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and support efficient vehicle usage. • Key Responsibilities
• Supervise day-to-day transport operations, including buses, cabs and lorries. Indeed
• Plan and allocate routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient trips. Indeed
• Monitor drivers’ performance, adherence to schedules, safety and compliance with policies/laws (e.g., drivers’ hours, vehicle checks). Indeed
• Inspect vehicles regularly and ensure maintenance and statutory documentation (insurance, permits, logbooks) are up to date. Indeed
• Brief and debrief drivers; handle disciplinary or incident reports as needed. Indeed
• Coordinate with workshops, vendors and internal teams for repairs, service and breakdown support. Indeed
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports (fuel consumption, utilization, KPIs). Indeed
• Respond to transport-related issues or emergencies promptly and professionally. Indeed

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in transport supervision, fleet operations or related logistics role. Indeed

• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities. Indeed
• Good communication, planning and problem-solving skills. Indeed
• Knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards. Indeed
• Basic proficiency with transport management systems and MS Office. Indeed

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
