Transport Supervisor

Motor Way General Transport is seeking an experienced Transport Supervisor with a strong background in oil & gas operations and CICPA regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing fleet coordination and ensuring the efficient operation of transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the transport fleet.
• Ensure compliance with CICPA regulations and security protocols.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and operations teams for efficient vehicle deployment.
• Monitor fleet performance and ensure maintenance schedules are followed.
• Handle documentation, permits, and approvals related to transport operations.
• Ensure adherence to oil & gas industry transportation standards and safety regulations.
• Address operational challenges, resolve issues, and optimize transport efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a transport supervisory role within the oil & gas sector.
• CICPA Knowledge: Must be familiar with CICPA security regulations.
• Fleet Management: Proven experience in fleet coordination and logistics planning.
• Communication: Strong leadership and coordination skills.
