Transportation Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible and organized Transportation Coordinator to manage daily transportation routes for a Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) center. This role ensures safe and timely transportation for pediatric patients.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and supervise daily transportation routes
• Coordinate drivers and vehicle schedules
• Ensure compliance with Florida healthcare transportation regulations
• Maintain vehicle logs and safety documentation
• Communicate with parents and staff
• Handle scheduling changes and route adjustments

Requirements:

• Experience in transportation coordination preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of Florida transportation regulations
• Clean background check
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
