Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily dispatching, route monitoring, and service tracking.

• Communicate route details, changes, delays, and priorities to drivers.

• Serve as the main point of contact for drivers during the workday

• Support re‑routes, rescheduling, missed stops, and service recovery.

• Track transportation equipment and escalate maintenance or breakdown issues.

• Maintain accurate route, service, driver, and equipment data in dispatch systems.

• Audit operational data for accuracy and support compliance and internal reviews.

• Document and escalate spills, incidents, near misses, and safety concerns.

• Support reporting, process improvements, training, and special projects.
