Full Time Transportation Customer Service Position with Benefits
$23 - $25 Per Hour (DOE), 40 Hours Per Week
Shifts Available:
6:00am - 2:30pm

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Resolve and process all related customer inquiries
• Answer inbound calls & emails in a professional & timely manner
• Organize delivery appointments
• Assist the operations team
• Data Entry
• Provide data entry support across departments
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with customers

Essential Functions:

• High volume phone calls & emails from external customers
• Provide excellent & be considerate to customers, drivers and staff

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma / GED required, College degree preferred
• Knowledge in the transportation industry preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Suites
• Ability to multitask is essential
• Ability to work Independently as well as with others

Wage Range: 23.00 - 25.00 per hour
