Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Transportation Driver to join our team at Addison Heights Health and Rehabilitation in Maumee, Ohio. As a key member of our transportation team, you will be responsible for safely transporting our residents to and from appointments, errands, and other activities. Responsibilities:

• Safely transport residents to and from appointments, errands, and other activities in a timely and efficient manner

• Ensure that the transportation vehicle is clean and well-maintained at all times

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure that transportation needs are met

• Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as feeding, bathing, and dressing, as needed

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care

• Maintain accurate records of transportation trips and resident care

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• Must be a STNA in the state of Ohio

• Position requires possible working on the floor if no transports are needed

• $18.00 per hour (exact wage)
