Pana Health and Rehab is seeking a Transportation Driver to join our growing team!

We are seeking a Transportation Driver to join our expanding staff of caregivers at skilled nursing facility in Pana, IL! You will support our residents and work hand-in-hand with our already wonderful team of compassionate and enthusiastic caregivers.

Your Job

• Transport residents to medical appointments
• Treat and care for residents and their property with dignity and respect
• Assist RNs and LPNs with services necessary in caring for the personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients as assigned
• Possess reliable transportation and the ability to be on time to assigned shifts
• Other duties as assigned

Who You Are

• A professional team player with a commitment to maintaining a reliable shift history
• Holds a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Dependable
• Flexible schedule (Mornings & evenings)
• Strong attention to detail
