SPECIALISTS FOR BUILDING METAL WORKS LLC is looking for a dedicated and organized Transportation In-Charge to manage and coordinate the company's transportation operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in transportation, fleet coordination, logistics, or a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel for maintaining records, reports, and vehicle schedules.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems and route monitoring.
• Ability to coordinate vehicle movements, drivers, and transportation schedules efficiently.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of UAE roads and transportation regulations is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain accurate transportation and vehicle records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily transportation activities.
• Track company vehicles using GPS systems.
• Prepare and maintain transportation schedules and reports.
• Monitor vehicle utilization, maintenance schedules, and fuel records.
• Coordinate with project sites and departments regarding transportation requirements.
• Ensure timely dispatch and movement of materials, equipment, and personnel.
• Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and company systems.
• Support compliance with company policies and transportation safety standards.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,500 per month
• Accommodation: Provided by the company
• Transportation: Provided by the company
• Salary package may be reviewed based on qualifications and interview performance.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
