TRANSPORTATION IN-CHARGE / CUM DRIVER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Title: Transportation In-Charge / Cum Driver
Department: Administration / Operations
Reports To: Operations Manager / Admin Manager

Job Summary

The Transportation In-Charge / Cum Driver is responsible for managing company transportation activities, ensuring proper vehicle usage, coordinating driver schedules, and safely driving company vehicles for official duties.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely and responsibly for official company work.
• Transport employees, materials, and documents as required.
• Monitor and manage daily transportation schedules and vehicle assignments.
• Ensure all company vehicles are clean, properly maintained, and in good working condition.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing, repairs, registration, and insurance renewals.
• Maintain vehicle logbooks, fuel records, and trip reports.
• Monitor fuel consumption and report any irregularities.
• Ensure drivers follow company transportation policies and traffic regulations.
• Report accidents, damages, or maintenance issues immediately.
• Assist management in transportation planning and coordination.
• Ensure company vehicles are not used for unauthorized personal purposes.

Requirements

• Valid UAE driving license.
• Minimum ______ years of driving and transportation coordination experience.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads and traffic rules.
• Ability to manage transportation schedules efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
