Job Description for L2 associates

Overview

The L2 associate acts as the primary interface between Amazon and our delivery partners. To our delivery partners, you ARE Amazon. L2 Associates are expected to identify delivery partner concerns, troubleshoot issues, and suggest process improvements.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate in a clear and professional manner at all times
• Provide prompt and efficient service to Amazon customers and delivery partners
• Manage sensitive cases by escalating appropriately
• Demonstrate excellent time-management skills
• Maintain or exceed targeted performance metrics
• Identify trends and suggest process improvements through logical reasoning

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduation in any specialization from a recognized university
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers
• Good comprehension skills to understand customer issues
• Ability to focus and follow issues through to resolution
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Internet Explorer
• Strong typing skills
• Proficiency in navigating websites and using email applications

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Logistics background and experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Excel
