Sales Manager – Transportation

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts in the air freight sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to enhance RSA Global’s Transport offerings.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and business development.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

Provide regular sales reports and market insights to senior management.
Job Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of transportation, pricing structures, and carrier relationships.

Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Network: Existing relationships with airlines and freight forwarders in the region is a plus.
Qualification & Experience:

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.

Experience:
Minimum 5-8 years in sales (preferably transport) within the logistics industry in Dubai, UAE.
