Transportation Services Driver

Per Diem Positions at Ampla Health

• This is an unbenefited position that includes a 10% incentive on hourly wage.

Ampla Health is seeking a reliable and professional Transportation Services Driver to safely transport patients between their homes and our health clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive patients to and from appointments as scheduled
• Coordinate with clinics to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
• Maintain accurate transportation logs and submit weekly reports
• Keep the vehicle clean, safe, and well-maintained
• Report any traffic incidents or violations within 1 hour
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid California Class C driver’s license with no more than 1 point
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist patients as needed
• Must complete CPR certification and driver safety training (provided)
