Transportation Site Supervior

The Transportation Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising offshore transportation operations, ensuring the safe and efficient deployment of vehicles, equipment, and manpower in compliance with ADNOC / NMDC project requirements. The role involves close coordination with drivers, operators, and project management while working offshore for extended rotations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily offshore transportation operations at the project site
• Manage and monitor vehicles and equipment to ensure safe and efficient use
• Allocate duties and supervise drivers, operators, and support staff
• Ensure compliance with project safety standards, company policies, and site regulations
• Conduct routine checks on vehicle condition and equipment readiness
• Coordinate with project management, logistics, and dispatch teams
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports using email and Excel
• Handle incidents, breakdowns, or delays and report them promptly
• Maintain proper documentation for vehicles, manpower, and site activities
• Communicate effectively with offshore teams and shore-based management

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in offshore projects (ADNOC or NMDC) as a Supervisor or Foreman
• Candidates should have 8–10 years of relevant experience (preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Strong understanding and knowledge of vehicles and equipment
• Computer literate (Emails & Microsoft Excel)
• Willing to work offshore for up to 5 months at a time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
