TITLE: Transportation Supervisor

SALARY: $70,000 - $100,000 annually (based upon experience)

ANNOUNCEMENT OF APPOINTMENT: As soon as possible thereafter

QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency

diploma AND three (3) years of experience in motor vehicle fleet operations, one (1) year of

which must have been in a supervisory capacity, and one (1) year of experience in a school bus

operations.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS (Prior to Appointment): Possession of the following at appointment and during service in this classification:

NOTE: Candidates must additionally obtain a School Bus Driver Instructor (SBDI) certification issued by the New York State Education Department (NYSED) within 18 months of appointment.
