Responsible for promoting and selling trauma (orthopedic) products within hospitals and medical centers, building strong relationships with surgeons and physicians, and supporting trauma cases in the assigned territory to achieve sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to hospitals and clinics to promote trauma products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons and physicians.
- Follow up on trauma cases and ensure product availability based on surgeons' needs.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations when required.
- Prepare sales and visit reports on a regular basis.
Requirements:
- Relevant healthcare-related degree (Medicine, Nursing or similar).
- 2–3 years of experience in medical sales (preferably orthopedic/trauma).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good command of English (written & spoken).
- Valid driving license and willingness to work in hospitals and field environments.
