Job Title: Travel Agency Asst. Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Travel Agency Asst. Manager to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing budgets, developing travel packages, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and travel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the travel agency
• Supervise, train, and support travel consultants and staff
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Create and manage travel packages and itineraries
• Maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and vendors
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and reporting
• Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and industry changes
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in travel agency operations or management of UAE.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., GDS platforms)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Sales and marketing experience is an advantage.
• Must be available in Dubai
