Working Hours: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Type: Internship (Omani Nationals only - College Students)

About Monak

Monak is a GCC-born financial technology platform focused on enabling digital financial access for underserved segments, including migrant workers and SMEs. We are expanding our services and are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated intern to join our new travel agency vertical.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Omani National college student with a background in Travel and Tourism to join our team as an intern.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in launching and managing a new business vertical. You will be working at our new travel agency shop in Ghala, assisting with daily operations and learning the ins and outs of the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Assisting customers with travel inquiries and bookings.

* Learning and using our travel booking software and systems.

* Supporting the team in developing and promoting new travel packages.

* Handling administrative tasks, including documentation and data entry.

* Providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships.

Qualifications

* Currently enrolled in a college or university in Oman, with a focus on Travel, Tourism, or a related field.

* A strong passion for the travel industry and a desire to learn.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred.
