About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Tourism & Reservation Specialist with full expertise in the Amadeus Global System, exceptional knowledge of world destinations, and a strong ability to create unforgettable travel experiences for our VIP clients.

This role is part of our sister company, specialized in luxury travel, hospitality, and global tourism services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage flight bookings and issue tickets using Amadeus.
• Handle hotel bookings, car rentals, transfers, and full travel itineraries.
• Coordinate VIP tourism experiences including guided tours, fine dining reservations, and event bookings.
• Recommend destinations, cultural attractions, and shopping hotspots worldwide.
• Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and service providers to ensure the best deals and exclusive offers for clients.
• Provide personalized customer service and tailor itineraries based on client preferences.
• Stay updated with global travel trends, visa policies, and emerging destinations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Amadeus (mandatory).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tourism, travel, or hospitality sectors.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (Arabic & English).
• Excellent knowledge of world geography, cultures, and tourism trends.
• Ability to multitask and manage complex travel itineraries for premium clients.
• Passion for travel, hospitality, and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of hotel booking systems and global tourism platforms.
• Understanding of luxury travel standards and client expectations.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
