• Minimum 2 year of experience in the travel industry
• Strong knowledge of GDS systems, ticketing, and holiday packages
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• Ability to handle inquiries, bookings, and travel arrangements efficiently

Responsibilities:

• Plan and customize travel itineraries
• Provide guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and holiday packages
• Handle flight, hotel, and tour bookings
• Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
