• Handle inbound & outbound travel inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, emails) Design and sell customized domestic & international holiday packages Convert leads into bookings with strong follow-ups Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors & operations team Share itineraries, quotations, vouchers & invoices with clients Maintain client records and follow up for payments Ensure customer satisfaction before & after travel
