Job Overview:
Times Travel is seeking motivated and experienced Travel Agents to join our UK-based call center operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and prior experience in international call center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for travel-related services
• Assist customers with flight bookings, travel inquiries, and itinerary planning
• Deliver high-quality customer service and ensure client satisfaction
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Requirements:

• Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is essential
• Prior experience in an international call center is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Basic knowledge of the travel industry will be an advantage
