Travel Agent - Visa Consultant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused female Travel Agent to manage and coordinate travel-related services including airline ticketing, hotel booking, visa processing, Umrah packages, and local tourism packages. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the travel industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Ticketing & Booking:

• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Coordinate hotel, transport, and holiday package bookings.
• Provide clients with the best available travel options within their budget.

Visa & Documentation:

• Assist clients with visa applications, documentation, and processing for multiple destinations.
• Keep updated with embassy requirements, policies, and regulations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all visa-related documents.

Umrah Packages:

• Design and promote Umrah packages (flights, hotels, transport, and Ziyarat arrangements).
• Guide clients on Umrah rituals, requirements, and regulations.
• Coordinate with service providers in Saudi Arabia for smooth execution of packages.

Local Tourism:

• Develop and promote customized local tourism packages (northern areas, historical & cultural tours).
• Coordinate transportation, accommodations, and guided tours.
• Provide updated travel advisories and recommendations to clients.

Customer Service & Sales:

• Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person.
• Provide detailed itineraries, quotations, and travel advice.
• Handle customer complaints or last-minute changes with professionalism.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and encourage repeat business.

Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare sales reports, package performance, and customer feedback.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to maintain partnerships.
• Keep track of travel trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a travel agency or travel services role.
• Proficiency in airline reservation systems
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures, especially for the Middle East, Europe, and Asia.
• Experience in designing and selling Umrah and tourism packages.
• Excellent communication (written & verbal) and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in MS Office and internet-based research
