Responsibilities:

Manage and meticulously coordinate travel arrangements for hotel guests, ensuring seamless experiences and exceeding expectations.

Develop strong relationships with guests, effectively communicating tour options, excursions, and logistics with clarity and enthusiasm.

Leverage your sales expertise to promote curated tour packages and additional services, contributing to the growth of our business.

Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English a requirement. Additional languages are a strong advantage.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-year experience in a travel and tourism or hospitality role, with a proven track record of exceeding guest expectations.

In-depth knowledge of Dubai's tourism landscape and a passion for showcasing its unique offerings.

Strong sales skills and a results-oriented approach.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different hotel settings.
