Travel Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, tours, visas, and other travel-related services. A strong understanding of destinations, travel logistics, and customer service is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine travel needs, preferences, budgets, and special requirements.

• Plan, customize, and book complete travel itineraries including flights, hotels, transportation, tours, visas, and travel insurance.

• Provide expert advice on destinations, weather conditions, local customs, and travel documentation.

• Offer recommendations and upsell additional services (e.g. excursions, upgrades, insurance).

• Handle customer inquiries, changes, cancellations, and travel emergencies efficiently.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.

• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, regulations, and industry software (e.g., GDS, CRM systems).

• Process payments, issue tickets and vouchers, and ensure all bookings are accurate.

• Collaborate with suppliers, tour operators, and internal teams to deliver a seamless travel experience.

Pay: ₹10,487.95 - ₹34,046.45 per month
