The Travel Consultant will assist clients and guests with travel planning, hotel bookings, and related services. This role involves providing professional travel advice, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth booking operations to enhance guest satisfaction and company revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle travel and booking inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Plan, prepare, and confirm hotel reservations and travel itineraries.
- Advise clients on destinations, hotel facilities, rates, and availability.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners for seamless service delivery.
- Stay informed about SR Hotels’ properties, offers, and packages.
- Prepare quotations, booking confirmations, and invoices.
- Process modifications, cancellations, and refunds as per policy.
- Maintain accurate client records and booking data in the reservation system.
- Upsell hotel services, packages, and experiences to boost revenue.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in travel consultancy, hotel reservations, or tour operations
- Proficient in MS Office and reservation/CRM software
