Key Responsibilities:

• Manage flight, hotel, and visa bookings for clients.
• Provide expert advice on travel documentation and requirements.
• Build long-term client relationships through professional communication.
• Handle customer queries promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (mandatory).
• Excellent communication & customer service skills.
• Degree/Diploma in Travel, Tourism, or related field.
• IATA / Travel Management qualification preferred.
• Freshers with strong enthusiasm for the travel field may apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
