Travel Consultant

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Travel Consultant with strong knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre), excellent communication skills, and the ability to create customized tour packages. The ideal candidate will provide professional travel advice, book flights, hotels, and tours, and deliver outstanding customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle flight, hotel, and holiday package bookings using GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
• Design and price customized tour packages (inbound and outbound).
• Provide accurate travel information, visa guidance, and itinerary planning.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, reissues, and ticket refunds.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide travel-related advice.
• Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and DMCs for booking confirmations.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow company booking procedures.
• Stay updated on new travel trends, destinations, and airline policies
