Travel Consultant

• Understand clients’ travel needs, preferences, and budgets to provide personalized travel solutions.
• Plan and book domestic & international air tickets, hotel accommodations, tour packages, railway tickets, visas, and transportation services.
• Suggest destinations, travel routes, and accommodation options based on customer preferences.
• Provide accurate travel information including weather conditions, travel advisories, and visa requirements.
• Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and online portals for reservations and ticketing (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or B2B platforms).
• Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and cost breakdowns for individuals and groups.
• Maintain strong relationships with travel partners and suppliers to get the best offers for clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new destinations, and promotional offers.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints, or emergencies before, during, and after travel.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
