Smart Trip Tourism LLC is a UAE-based travel and tourism company offering global visa services, inbound and outbound tours, holiday packages, and UAE excursions.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a Female Travel Consultant for our Sharjah travel desk at Hotel. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role and be fluent in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage daily travel bookings and client inquiries.
• Assist customers with visa processing, tour packages, and transportation arrangements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records and handle payments or documentation when required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel or tourism in the UAE.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-oriented and able to multitask efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
