Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Consultant located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Travel Consultant will handle daily tasks related to travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, booking reservations, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires assisting clients with personalized travel planning and ensuring all travel needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Travel Consulting, including the ability to provide expert advice and tailored solutions to clients.
• Experience in Travel Management and handling Travel Arrangements, including itinerary planning and coordination.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and professional handling of client inquiries to ensure positive experiences.
• Familiarity with making Reservations and handling booking processes effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in travel or hospitality industries is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
