Travel Consultant

A travel professional with 3 years of experience in Dubai’s tourism sector, specializing in inbound Dubai tourism, outbound international travel, ticketing, and destination handling. Skilled in creating customized holiday packages, managing reservations, coordinating with suppliers, and delivering seamless travel experiences for leisure and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage inbound Dubai tours, including sightseeing, desert safaris, yacht tours, hotel stays, transport, and attraction bookings.
• Handle outbound tour packages to international destinations, ensuring complete arrangements for flights, hotels, visas, tours, and activities.
• Perform ticketing operations such as flight reservations, fare checks, re-issuance, cancellations, and modifications (Amadeus/Galileo knowledge preferred).
• Coordinate with DMCs, airlines, hotels, transport companies, and tourism partners for pricing and confirmations.
• Manage destination handling for major holiday destinations (UAE, GCC, Asia, Europe), including supplier communication, activity planning, and itinerary execution.
• Prepare tailored travel itineraries based on client requirements, budget, and preferences.
• Assist clients with UAE visa processes, outbound visa documentation, insurance, and travel advisories.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel experience—from inquiry to post-travel feedback.
• Promote and upsell holiday packages, excursions, insurance, and add-on services to maximize revenue.
• Maintain accurate booking records, invoicing, and CRM updates.
• Keep up-to-date with tourism trends, seasonal offers, airline promotions, and destination developments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
