Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Promote domestic & international travel packages
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication
- Handle leads from online marketplaces
- Maintain customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM
- Coordinate with Travel Consultants for package details and pricing
- Achieve daily/weekly targets for calls, conversions, and sales
- Stay updated on travel products, promotions, and destinations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
(BBA or Travel & Tourism diploma preferred)
- 0–4 years of experience
- Strong English communication; Hindi is an added advantage
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Ability to commute or relocate to Kochi
