Travel Consultant

New Horizon Travel and Tours LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to be stationed at a 5-star hotel travel desk in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to walk-in FIT (Free Independent Traveler) guests, introducing them to a variety of tour activities and services, and securing bookings. This is a target-based, full-time position that requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a service-oriented attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to hotel guests visiting the travel desk and professionally represent the company
• Understand guest needs and recommend suitable tour packages and travel services
• Clearly explain options such as Desert Safari, City Tours, Theme Parks, Yacht Rental, Helicopter Tours, and more
• Handle bookings, confirmations, and payment coordination
• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly sales targets
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth guest experiences
• Build good rapport with hotel staff and maintain a positive brand image

Requirements:

• Proven experience in travel, tourism, or hotel concierge roles (1–2 years minimum preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Dubai/Abu Dhabi tour activities and attractions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
• Sales-driven and comfortable working with targets
• Fluent in English (additional languages like Russian, French, German, or Arabic are a plus)
• Well-groomed and presentable
