TRAVEL CONSULTANT

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience and IATA certification to join our growing travel operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in ticketing, itinerary planning, and customer handling, with a passion for delivering high-quality travel services.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle international and domestic flight ticketing using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
• Design and customize tour packages, pilgrimage tours, and leisure itineraries
• Manage hotel bookings, transfers, travel insurance, and visa assistance
• Provide accurate fare quotations, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds
• Assist clients with travel documentation and travel-related queries
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Maintain customer records and follow up for repeat business
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Handle group travel arrangements and special travel requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• IATA Certification (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Consultant / Ticketing Executive
• Strong knowledge of airfare rules, routings, and ticketing procedures
• Good communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in pilgrimage tours or group tours
• Knowledge of Schengen, UK, USA, and Asian visa procedures
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert inquiries into bookings
